Founder
David Conine— Sole member and manager of Conine Coastal Travel, LLC. David founded the firm as part of the Conine Coastal Group portfolio, alongside Conine Coastal Estates (custom design-build) and Conine Coastal Real Estate (residential brokerage). The advisory operates solo at launch; specialist contractors are engaged for destination expertise as needed.
All strategic, operational, and client-facing decisions during pre-launch and early growth phases run through the founder.
