How we work
Every engagement is custom-built. The progression below describes the work that sits behind a single journey, from first conversation to post-trip review.
Discovery
We begin with a private consultation to understand your travel objectives, preferences, pace, and constraints. No templates; nothing pre-baked.
Specialist assignment
Within 24 hours of inquiry your account is matched to a destination specialist with firsthand knowledge of your target region.
Bespoke proposal
Within five business days of consultation we deliver a written itinerary — accommodations, experiences, transportation — built from scratch.
In-trip & post-trip
On-trip support, real-time itinerary adjustments, and a structured post-trip review that informs every subsequent journey.
Planning fees & advisory tiers
A planning fee is invoiced at the start of each engagement and reflects the depth of the journey. Supplier bookings are billed at supplier-issued rates; commissions are disclosed in writing.
Minimum trip value: $15,000. Exceptions for strategic relationships and referral partners reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Standard Itinerary
$500 – $1,500
Single-destination journeys, 7–14 days, one or two travelers.

Service standards
Response times
2 hours during business hours · 12 hours outside · 15 minutes for in-trip emergencies (24/7).
Proposal delivery
Five business days from consultation completion. Custom itineraries delivered as written documents, not templates.
Accommodation standard
Four-star superior minimum (five-star preferred); boutique properties under 100 rooms preferred; minimum 1.5:1 staff-to-guest ratio.
Specialist coverage
Destination specialists across all seven continents; firsthand knowledge maintained through ongoing site visits.
