Pre-launch notice. The terms below are pre-launch placeholder language. Before any client engagement, a master service agreement and full terms of service will be put in place by counsel and made available here. Engaging the advisory before that work is complete is by mutual written agreement only.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
2. Services Provided
Conine Coastal Travel, LLC operates as a luxury travel agency and concierge advisory: bespoke itinerary design, supplier bookings (accommodations, experiences, transportation, cruises), and white-glove concierge services. Specific service terms are documented in each engagement’s master service agreement.
Conine Coastal Travel acts as an agent for accommodations, transportation providers, tour operators, cruise lines, and other suppliers. Travel is sold subject to the supplier’s terms; we are not the principal in supplier-issued bookings.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, maintain valid travel documentation (passports, visas, health certifications) appropriate to the itinerary, secure travel insurance where recommended, and comply with reasonable scheduling requirements. Delays caused by missing information may impact scheduling and pricing.
4. Limitation of Liability
Conine Coastal Travel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from third-party supplier actions, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Final liability provisions are documented in the master service agreement for each engagement.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved by good-faith mediation in Jacksonville, Florida; unresolved matters proceed to binding arbitration. Final terms are documented in each client’s master service agreement.
6. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance.
